Engagement of the client at every stage of the investigation is the key to Aquatis’s successful troubleshooting process. Upon kick-off meeting Aquatis members work side by side with the facility managers to understand and solve issues and establish technology transfer with the following process:
- Site visit, work with facilities manager to understand issues.
- Review process/plant information: Design, Water Analysis, Plant Operation and Maintenance Practice, etc.
- Submit a report introducing several solutions
- Supervision of implementation of corrective actions
- Transfer know how and expertise to the operation team
